Chateau Sonoma is proud to host groundUP Dining Series, a collaboration between chef Andreya Nightingale of Mortar Pestle Cooking and wine educator Matthew Gaughan of Matthew’s World of Wine and Drink. They share a deep passion for exploring the profound, historical relationship between cuisine and wine, which they will bring to our celebration of Bastille Day. Using local ingredients inspired by regional French dishes paired with great French wine, Andreya and Matthew will take you on a gastronomical tour de France. Hosted in the charm and beauty of Château Sonoma’s grounds, enjoy seven dishes and seven wines from regions as diverse as Champagne and Provence and imagine you were in France itself. Summon your senses and dive into a world of flavor.
