We are passionate about sustainability and preservation at Chateau Sonoma. Our farm was born out of a passion for healthy living and community, and has grown into a way of giving back as well.
The farm supplies fresh produce to various restaurants in the community creating a true farm to table experience for diners. We host weekly farmer's markets at the farm May through October , managed by our littlest farmer Tyge, with 20% of the proceeds going back to the Prestwood school gardens.
As a way of reducing waste, we developed our signature jams and jellies, which can be found in our pantry at Chateau Sonoma.
THE Pantry at Chateau Sonoma
With sustainability being our number one goal, we developed a line of pantry items to preserve left over fruit from our harvest. Our Moroccan tomato jam has become our number one seller, and continues to be one of our favorite cheese pairings.
What started as a simple way to reduce waste turned into a complete line of farm preserves. We are excited to be adding olive oil, honey, and specialty salts to our pantry items this fall.
